How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days as each piece is made or prepared with care.

Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 7–14 business days.

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow your JELLYBEAN all the way to your doorstep 💌

Can I return or exchange my order?

If there’s an issue with your item or the size isn’t right, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and we’ll do our best to help.

Because many of our pieces are made to order, we may not always be able to accept returns for change of mind, but we always aim to find a fair solution 💖

I started JELLYBEAN because I wanted clothes that felt fun, comfortable and a little more like you — without the ridiculous price tag.

What started with a few graphic tees has slowly become this little world of everyday pieces, questionable slogans, comfy favourites and me figuring things out as I go.
